BETTY L. (STUDER) FRYDENBERG

June 26, 1921 ~ February 26, 2010

"She was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother."

It is with profound feelings of loss and sadness that we acknowledge the passing of our loving mother, Betty L. Studer Frydenberg, who passed on Friday, February 26, 2010, from age related causes. She fought a courageous battle with Leukemia the last several years.

She was 88 years old. Betty was born on June 26, 1921 in Clark County, Washington to William and Myrtle Studer. She was raised on the family farm as a young girl with her 6 siblings in Salmon Creek, near Vancouver, Washington. She graduated from Battle Ground High School in Battle Ground, Washington. All of her siblings have passed except for her brother, Gale Studer (wife Judy).

Betty married Gordon Frydenberg on March 12, 1942. They were married 63 years. Gordon preceded her in death February 2005.

She leaves a gathered radiance behind.

"Those we love never truly die."

Betty is survived by her three daughters, Pat L. Murray, Gloria Herz and Gail Breimon; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

The funeral service was on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at the Vancouver Funeral Chapel and interment followed at Park Hill Cemetery, both in Vancouver, Washington.
