The marriage of Mr. Edmund Hugill and Miss Minnie C. Power takes place this evening at 6 o'clock at the home of the bride, 714 Mulberry street, in the residence of relatives and friends. the officiating clergyman is the bride's pastor, Rev. Robert B. McDanel, of the First Baptist church.
Immediately after the ceremony they leave on a western wedding trip, after which Mr. and Mrs. Hugill will go to Lancaster, Ohio, do reside, an intention that the people of Clarksburg generally very much regret, as the happy couple have a great may friends in this city. Mr. Hugill will engage in business in that city. They leave on No. 55 at 7:28 o'clock.
Mr. Hugill is one of Clarksburg leading business men and has been successfully engaged of recent years as a traveling salesman and real estate dealer. He is a gentleman of strict integrity and possesses much business sagacity.
Miss Power is a sister of Mr. Thomas Coleman, wife of an official of the Hazel-Atlas glass factory. She is a prominent and active member of the First Baptist church, an accomplished, cultured and popular lady, and has a host of warm personal friends.
