I John Odle of the County of Harrison
& State of West Virginia, while in my lifetime
& being of a sain mind desiring to make distribution
of my real and personal property make this my
last Will & testament. First I bequeath unto my
beloved wife Mary Odle, my home farm consting
of fifty two acres, to have and to hold for her sole
use and benefet so long as she may live, and at
the death of my beloved wife I bequeath it to
Luther Odle and I further bequeath unto my
beloved wife Mary Odle, after my debts and funeral
expenses is paid all of my personal property
concisting of whatever kind it may be to have and
to hold for her sole use and benefit so long as she
may live. Whereunto I set my hand and seal this
