     CANFIELD Pearl Heck, age 94, formerly of Canfield died Friday at Bradley Bay Health Center in Bay Village, Ohio. Born November 20, 1917 in Clarksburg, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Pete and Violet (Smith) Warzabluk. Mrs. Heck moved to the Canfield area in the mid 1960's. She was a member of Zion Lutheran church and a former member of the Philharmonic Guild. She loved to spend time with her family, cook, garden, and travel. Smith, Mrs Mary Smith, 66, of Owings, died Saturday morning at her home of a sudden heart attack. She was in her usual health the night before when she retired.


She was born October 17, 1875 in Poland. She came to America fifty years ago and was married in 1912 to John Smith. they lived at Owings for the last twenty-nine years. She is survived by her husband and one daughter Mrs Volet [sic] Warzabluk, of Owings; one brother Roman Novoski, of Enterprise, and four sisters and one brother in Poland.

Funeral services were held at Warzabluk home Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Father James Eagon, rector of St. Anne's Catholic church in charge. Intement in Masonic cemetery.

John Martin Senr. of Harrison County Virginia


In the name of god.


I John Martin senr considdering the uncertantry of this


Mortul life and being of sound mind and memory. blessed


be God for the same do make and publish this my last


will and testament in manner and form.


That is to say first of all. I give and


bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Martin all of any


property, both real and personal to use at her pleasure as


long as she lives after payying my debts and funeral expenses.


I appoint Moses Shinn my sole executor at


The death of Mary Martin to sell all the property both


real and personal and to make an eaqual distribution


among all the heirs namely Joseph Martin, Daniel Martin


Elijah Martin, John Martin the 4th Micheal Martin, Eliott


Martin, Elias Martin, Mary Odle, Elizabeth Heflin, Deborah


Glover, John Martin and Martha Martin children of


Dorcas Martin decd the two children to have one share and


all the other heirs to him to have an eaqual share.


This is my last will and testament hereby


revoking all former wills made by me.


In witness whereof I have set my


hand and seal the twentyeth day of August one thousand eight


hundred and fifty three.
