Individual Note:
     Jacob Sturm, a son of Johan Jacob and Maria Margaretha (Dellinger)

Sturm, was born in Sharpsburg, MD in 1762 and died April 6, 1742. He

enlisted in Capt. Henry Hardman's Company July 19, 1776. He enlisted

in Capt. Jonathan Morris' Company of the 7th MD Regiment. He was

discharged December 7, 1779 and enlisted in a VA regiment.

Jacob married Catherine Frashour in MD in 1784. Catherine, a

daughter of Wendle Frashour, was born in 1759 and died February 9,

1839.

Individual Note:
     Jacob Sturm, a son of Johan Jacob and Maria Margaretha (Dellinger)

Sturm, was born in Sharpsburg, MD in 1762 and died April 6, 1742. He

     Nicholas Sturm, a son of Johan Jacob and Maria Margaretha

(Dellinger) Sturm, was born at Sharpsburg, MD about 1763 and died at

Teters Creek, Randolph County VA (WV) March 17, 1841. He married

Elizabeth "Betsey" Gainer. Elizabeth, a daughter of Brian and Mary

Gainer, was born in VA about 1771.

     Nicholas Sturm, a son of Johan Jacob and Maria Margaretha

(Dellinger) Sturm, was born at Sharpsburg, MD about 1763 and died at
