Family suspected that it was possibly not a suicide. Autopshy was held and the death was

declared a suicide. Coroner was L.C. Goff.

Husband's name listed as William Rogers on her death certificate.

Death certificate was filled and signed by her materanl grandfather D. W. Kemper
