January 1, 2026
Happy New Year...........Watched FOX for the ball drop and they did not follow the ball dropping down at midnight.
1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 207.
11:00AM Up and about, got out a sweatshirt and put it on. This will keep me a little warmer during the day. Checked blood sugar 68. Took Bella outside. Comfortable out this morning 66 degrees. It was down to 33 degrees overnight. The alarm went off at 6:33am and both Tyler and I heard it. At the time we couldn't determine where the alarm was coming from since it had stopped when we got up. After going back to bed I realized it must have been my weather station alarm for low temperature that had been set. When I got up I checked the weather station and it said the low temperature had been 33 and the alarm was set for 32 and indicated that it was off so don't know why it went off. Maybe because it was caused by changing the year on the weather station, which is automatic. Oh well, no harm.
12:00PM Turned on TV to FOX news and of course, nothing normal, still most of the normal hosts are off, probably until Monday.
6:00PM Watching local news from Tampa.
6:30PM Checked into the C4FM Thursday night net, only 4 of us of tonight.
7:00PM Watching "Laura Ingraham" on FOX.
7:30PM Tyler fixed me a chicken pot pie, very good.
8:00PM Kit called and we talked for about 20 minutes. She said she had a good time at the gathering last night. She said that she felt she was older than most of the women that were there but she looked younger. We Wilts just don't wrinkle so we look younger than we are. Watching "Jesse Watters" on FOX.
10:00PM Eric called and now watching "Gutfeld" on FOX.
11:00PM Tyler fixed me a cheeseburger on bread.

1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 218.
11:00AM Up and about, checked blood sugar 102. Took Bella out and gave her food, she has water. Temperature 72 degrees and sunny.
11:30AM Larry here mowing the grass. Doesn't really need it but he is paid to do it each week. 12:00PM Had a glass of orange juice and a bowl of grits.
12:10PM Watching "NYPD" on TV.
5:00PM Watching "The Five" on FOX.
6:00PM Watching local news from Tampa.
7:00PM Watching a movie about a kid that got a piece of coal from Santa hires a hit man to kill Santa.
8:00PM Kit called.

11:00PM Signed off with Jane. We only talked for about an hour.

January 3, 2025
1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 184.
8:30AM Awake, had one of my stress dreams, so I turned on the TV to have some noise in the back ground.
9:00AM Snoozing but not really sleeping.
11:00AM Trump on TV, seems he sent troops in and arrested the President of Venezuala and his wife and brought them back to NY under a warrant issued for drug charges.
12:00PM Took Bella outside, temperature 78 degrees and cloudy. Checked blood sugar 103. Took morning meds and had a glass of orange juice.
3:00PM Looks like we may have some rain, it has become overcast and the sun has gone away.
4:00PM Heavy rain predicted for late this evening.
6:00PM Watching local news from Tampa channel 8.
8:00PM Kit called and we talked for 45 minutes.
10:00PM Eric called.
11:00PM Signed off with Jane. Watching Movie "The Wolf and Lion".

January 4, 2025
1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 137.
10:30AM Up and about, took Bella outside. Temperature 71 degrees. Clouds and sun. Slight wind.
11:00AM Checked blood sugar 134. Had a glass of orange juice and took morning meds.
12:00PM Browsing the internet. Watching different series.
5:00PM Watching to see if there is any more news on the situation with Venezuela but nothing has changed since yesterday. Just a lot of the same bullshit Liverals saying how bad Trump is and conservatives saying that all is great. Hope things do work out, but things aren't any better as far as I am concerened.
6:00PM Watching local news from Tampa.
7:00PM Watching "Blue Bloods" on Pluto.
8:00PM Kit called, she has a friend there doing something so we didn't talk long.
10:00PM Eric called.
10:30PM Signed off with Jane.
11:00PM Getting ready to go to bed because have to get up in morning at 8am for Bella's grooming appointment.
11:30PM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 187.

January 5, 2025
8:15AM Up and about. Took Bella outside. Checked blood sugar 118.
8:30AM Tyler took Bella to the groomer. Made coffee and had a cup. Had yogurt with some cereal and watching TV.
9:00AM Tyler back home. I am tired so I am going back to bed. If I don't I will be dragging all day.
1:30PM Back up, had a cup of coffee and a bowl of oats with some honey.
2:00PM Watching FOX news about all of the shit about Venezuela.
3:30PM Watching Season 2 episode 8 of "Landman" on Paramount.
5:00PM Watching "The Five" on FOX.
6:00PM Watching NBC nightly news.
7:00PM Watching "Laura Ingraham" on FOX.
8:00PM Kit calling. Watching "Jesse Watters" on FOX.
8:30PM Having supper, vegetable beef soup.
10:00PM Watching "Greg Gutfeld"

1:00AM Checked blood sugar 184. Going to bed.
12:00PM Up and about, took Bella outside nice and sunny. Checked blood sugar 103.
12:30PM Had two eggs and a cup of coffee.
3:00PM Had a piece of the cake that Tyler baked last night with a cup of coffee.
4:00PM Took bike ride to check the mail.
Note: Got pay update from DFAS. My pay will be $1599.99 per month and my EX will get $1611.81. That means she will get more than 1/2 of my retirement check. To be exact $11.82 more than I get. I pay taxes on the my gross amount minus what is paid her. Whose is paying taxes on what she gets.

1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 184.
12:00PM Up and about, checked blood sugar 106, took Bella outside and pet Blacky. Nice day, 81 degrees and sunny. Had my orange juice.
2:00PM Had a couple sausage bisguits, a piece of cake and a cup of coffee.
3:00PM Watching FOX news about the shooting of the woman trying to run down an ICE officer with her car. Now having protests and possibly riots later.
5:00PM Watching "The Five" on FOX.
6:00PM Watching local news from Tampa.
7:00PM Watching "Laura Ingraham" on FOX.
8:00PM Watching "Jesse Watters" having supper, chicken cassarole. Kit called.
10:00PM Watching "Greg Gutfeld" on FOX.
10:35PM Called Eric since he did not call earlier. I woke him up, he said he had a rough day.

January 8, 2025
1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 246.
11:00AM Up and about, checked blood sugar 197, didn't take insulin last night. I drank the combination of hot water, lemon juice, and cinnamon. This is the third night I have had the solution. Will keep trying it for a while to see if it does anything for me. Took Bella outside and Blacky was waiting for me in the chair. Temperature 85 degrees and sunny.
12:00PM Had a banana and drinking a glass of crystal light.

8:00PM Watching "Jesse Watters" on FOX. Kit called.
9:00PM Chatting with Jane.
10:00PM Watching "Greg Gutfeld" on FOX. Eric called, he is very tired. I am afraid that he is going to get sick, taking care of his mother has put a lot of strain on him. Haven't seen Eric since Seth's wedding in March.
11:00PM Signed off with Jane and started to watch a movie but not very interesting so I turned it of and want to get ready and take a shower before I go to bed.

January 9, 2025
1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 224.
11:30AM Up and about, Bella's "Allergy Relief" chews came this morning so gave her 2 as directed. She seems to take them OK. Checked blood sugar 158. I took short on insulin last night to check what my cinnamon/lemon drink would do. Will keep checking to see if over time things work out.
12:00PM Took Bella outside and Blacky was waiting. I think she just likes coming out and laying in the sun shine. Temperature is 85 sunny with some clouds.

3:00PM Tyler went to Emery's for the evening. He will text me when he starts back.

January 10, 2025
1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 236. Drank my cinnamon lemon drink.
11:00AM Up and about. Took Bella outside. Nice day 81 degrees, cloudy and no wind. Pet Blacky.
11:30AM Checked blood sugar 88. Only took 50ml of insulin last night. Had a glass of orange juice and took morning meds.
12:00PM Fixed myself a big bowl of grits with melted butter and salt and pepper.
1:00PM Had a cup of coffee.
4:00PM Les stopped by for a hot shower. He said his landlady was complaining that she wanted them to use electric blankets instead of using a space heater for heat. She says that they are using to much electricity. I assume since we had a few cold nights her electric bill shot up.
5:00PM Took bike ride to go pick up the mail. I didn't realize how sore I was until I peddled down the street. I think it could be left over from me falling. Didn't realize how sore I was. I'll be over it in a couple days. I suppose I am lucky that I didn't break anything, just bumps and bruises.
6:45PM Put on a movie, "First Kill", with Bruce Willis.
8:00PM Kit called.
9:00PM Watching a movie "First Kill" with Bruce Willis.
10:00PM Chatting with Jane.
11:00PM Eric called. He is really having a rough time. All I can do is tell him to take each day.

January 11, 2025
1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 216.
11:00AM Up and about, took blood sugar 154. Took Bella outside and pet Blacky.
11:30AM Took morning meds, had a glass of orange juice.
12:00PM Had some bacon and two slices of dry toast. Gave Bella her itch meds. Having a glass of crystal light.
8:00PM Browsed all day on the internet, really didn't watch much, just a little FOX news on and off. Kit called.
10:00PM Eric called. He is very upset and tired all the time. I ask a couple questions and he really got upset so I dropped the subject. I am afraid Eric might have some medical problems.
11:00PM Signed off with Jane. She has doctor appointment tomorrow morning.

January 12, 2025
1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugare 194.
11:00AM Up and about. Took Bella outside, pet Blacky. Nice day 70 degrees and sunny.
11:30AM Checked blood sugar 99. Had a glass of orange juice, took morning meds. Gave Bella her meds.
12:00PM Tyler up and fixed a pot of coffee and two sausage slliders and 2 small waffles. Everything is great. 4:30PM Les came by for a shower.

11:00AM Up and about, too Bella outside, pet Blacky, 71 degrees sunny.
12:00PM Had two waffled and a cup of coffee. Tyler getting to go to the labs. I can get my lab test anytime, non fasting.
2:30PM Went and back from Labs at Plant City.
4:00PM Made call to Prudential Insurance and will call back.
4:15PM Paid Elecctric bill $210.16 on epay.

10:00AM Up and about, Bella bugged me in bed until I got up. Took Balla outside, overcast, not much sun, and 67 degrees. Pet Blacky. My knees were so weak this morning I could hardly get out of bed, they really hurt.
10:30AM Checked blood sugar 117. Took morning meds, gave Bella her meds. Had a glass of orange juice.
12:30PM Fixed coffee and had a cup of coffee, with a nut bar.

11:30AM Too Bella outside, cooll 56 degrees, temperature down to 27 degrees overnight. Didn't see Blacky outside, Lena had brought a box over for Blacky. Had a couple sausage sliders, 2 small waffles, morning meds and a glass of orange juice.
3:45PM Leaving for appotment at Wells Fargo Bank to change account, remove Eric and add Tyler.
5:00PM Back from Bank. Watching "The Five" on FOX.

12:30PM Up and about, very tired this morning, must have been caused by my trip to the bank. Just seems that any outing just wears me out. I don't have any energy to do anything. Took Bella outside and pet Blacky. It is really nice 76 degrees and no clouds, very sunny. Checked blood sugar 98.
1:00PM Took morning meds, gave Bella her meds. Had a glass of orange juice.
6:30PM Tyler fixed a pizza and we had a small salad.
8:00PM Kit called and we talked.
10:00PM Eric called, he was very upset.
11:00PM Working on the story of Lewis Miller and finishing up for the night. Talked with Jane for a short time. Today was her 79th birthday. Signed off for the night.

9:30AM Larry mowing the grass.
11:30AM Up and about, took Bella outside, very windy, up to 25mph, temperature 51 degrees.
12:00PM Checked blood sugar 89. Had a glass of orange juice and a bowl of oatmeal.
6:00PM Watched local news from Tampa channel 8.
8:00PM Kit called.
9:00PM Watched "Landman" on Paramount.

11:00PM Eric called and we talked and I told him I had watched "Landman" and he said he was going to watch it since the newest episode of "Landman".

January 19, 2025
1:00AM Going to bed. Temperature down to 40degrees. Checked blood sugar 262.
11:00AM Up and about, took Bwella outside. Pet Blacky. A couple limbs from somewhere, dead leaves have been blown up against the dead grapefruit tree.
11:30AM Back in the house, checked blood sugar 89.
12:00PM Took morning meds and had a glass of orange juice. Had twi slices of toast and 4 pieces of bacon.
12:30PM Called Meadowbrook office and of course got their answering service and reported the limbs down in the right of way. She asked me for my location, my name and a telephone number. I doubt I will ever hear anything from them.
1:00PM Had a piece of the cake Tyler baked last night and a cup of coffee.

11:30AM Up and about, checked blood sugar 89, took Bella outside and pet blacky.
12:00PM Had a glass of apple juice and a bowl of grits.
12:30PM Watching TV.
2:00PM Taking a shower.
3:30PM Leaving for my appointment with Cancer clinic at Watson Clinic.
4:30PM Finally got into to see the nurse proctitioner and they will call me tomorrow giving me another appointment in 3 months and a lab at the same time. They said to not to worry that my WBC jumped 40,000 in the last 6 monthes. I don't know how high it will go before they become alarmed. I am very tired all day long. Just a trip such as today will wear me out. I will probably be very tired and have to take it easy all day tomorrow. I have an EKG on Thursday.
6:00PM Stopped by and picked up Chinese General Tso for super.

8:15PM Kit didn't call so I called her.

January 21, 2026
1:00AM Going to bed. Checked sugar 301.
8:30AM Up and about, watching TV because I can't sleep. I think I can't sleep because what is going on at Eric's.
9:00AM Watching Trumps speach in Switzerland. He is giving them all hell. He isn't going to be very popular in Europe.


NOTE: Shaved my beard, I look naked now.

9:30AM Checked blood sugar 137. Had a glass of apple juice.
10:00AM Had bacon and a cup of coffee.
4:00PM Eric called and gave me a report.

6:25AM My EX wife, Shirley Joan Sirk died at 6:25AM at Eric's 127 Dunn Street, San Mateo, FL.
NOTE I woke up like I had heard a loud noise, thinking that someone was making noise outside. I looked at my clock and it was 6:17am. Went to bathroom and back to bed and went back to sleep.
10:30AM Eric called, his mother died at 6:25AM. Now the nightmare begins trying to get the alimony stopped.
11:00AM Up and about, took Bella outside and pet Blacky. Beautiful day. Checked blood sugar 89.
11:39AM Spectrum tech came to door and rang doorbell. They are having trouble with internet service due to interference and they are checking for CBers or hams in the area. I insured them it was not me.

NOTE
It is going to be a night mare to get all of the paper work done with her death. I know I will want to drown or shot myself before it is taken care of
4:30PM Going to Watson Clinic for my EKG.
5:45PM Back home from Watson Clinic. Stopped and got Burger King for both of us on our way home.
6:00PM Watching local news from Tampa WFLA channel 8.

January 23, 2026
1:00AM Going to bed.Checked blood sugar 156. Did not take any insulin to see.
9:30AM Up and about, took Bella outside and Blacky was waiting for me.
10:00AM Checked blood sugar 147.
4:00PM Tyler went to the grocery store, cost $367.00 plus $60.00 for Glenda.
5:00PM Watching "The Five" on FOX.
6:00PM Turned on WFLA channel 8 and it is now "News Nation" I hope that this just a fluck.
8:00PM Kit called and we talked shortly.
10:00PM Eric called and I also signed off with Jane.
11:00PM Having some cheese crackers and a glass of crystal light. Tyler went to KK to get some nicatine pads.

January 24, 2026
1:00AM Going to bed, checked blood sugar 246.
12:00PM Up and about, took Bella outside and Blacky was there also.
12:15PM Back in house, 86 degrees outside. Checked blood sugar 125.
12:30PM Had a bowl of grits, fixed a pot of coffee.
1:00PM Watching all of the bull shit in Minneapolis.
5:00PM Eric called and was asking about the slides I gave him several years ago. Seems he found some in the closet.
6:45PM Starting to watch more of the series, "HI JACK" on Apple TV.

10:00PM Eric called.

1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 215
11:30AM Up and about. Checked blood sugar 125. Took Bella outside and the weather is beautiful 81 degrees sunny with winds up to 10mph.
12:00PM Had a glass of orange juice and a banana.
1:00PM Having a couple sausages sliders and a cup of coffee.
6:00PM Watching local news. Tampa channel 10.
7:00PM Tyler fixed me a potpie for supper.
8:00PM Kit called.
10:00PM Eric called. He found the divorce papers for me.
11:00PM Watching "NYPD Blue" on TV.

1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 258.
6:30AM Raining and a little windy.
9:30AM Up and about. Checked blood sugar 85. Had 1 strawberry, banana, a glass of orange juice and took my morning meds.
10:00AM Took Bella outside, Lena has picked up the box she put out for Blacky. Probably was wet from the rain this morning.
10:30AM Had a bowl of grits with butter.
6:00PM Watching local news WFLA Channel TAmpa.
7:00PM Watching "Laura Ingraham" on FOX. Had supper 3 hotdogs.

January 27, 2026
1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 216.
8:30AM Bella fell out of bed and woke me up. I don't think she is hurt, it was just surprizing.
10:30AM Never got back to sleep, Bella fussing to go outside.
11:00AM Took Bella outside, it was cold 44 degrees. Look at weather station and the low temperature overnight was 30 degrees. Blacky was out and laying in the sun. She was cold.
12:00PM Heard from Jane. She said they haven't been out since the weekend, very cold and snow and ice. Their internet has been out due to snow and ice on the dish. Had a bowl of grits with butter and a cup of coffee.
3:15PM Called Betty Moran and we had a good talk. She said she had fallen and had broke her nose. He seems to be getting along, she has a lady that comes in to help her.
4:45PM Tyler and I watching a series on Apple TV, "Slow Horses", MI5 type movie.
6:00PM We are still watching the series on Apple TV.
8:00PM Kit called and Tyler paused the TV while we were taking.
10:00PM Eric called and we talked for a short time.
11:00PM Finished watching todays episode. Watching "Gunsmoke".

January 28, 2025
1:00AM Going to bed. Checked blood sugar 209.
6:30AM Took clothes out of dryer and washed a load of clothes. Back to bed.
11:00AM Up and about, turned dryer back to dry longer, big load. Checked my blood sugar 137. Had a glass of orange juice and took Bella outside still a little cool, pet Blacky.
11:30AM Glenda just got here, a little early today.
1:00PM Had a cup of coffee and a couple sausage sliders.
1:30PM Turned on TV and watching FOX news.
4:00PM Glenda left, set up next cleaning February 25th.
5:00PM Watchng "The Five" on FOX.
6:00PM Watching local news, WFLA channel 8 Tapma. They are predicting extreme cold in 20s over the weekend and possible snow flurries.
7:00PM Watching "Laura Ingraham" on FOX.
8:00PM Watching "Jesse Watters" on FOX. Kit called and we talked shortly.
10:00PM Watching "Greg Gutfeld" on FOX. Called Eric and woke him up. He had taken a muscle relaxer because his back was hurting.
11:00PM Watching "Blue Bloods" on Pluto.

1:00AM Going to bed. Checkked blood sugar 214.

All they wanted to know was my SS# and to make sure of my correct address. Talked to Don (female) and she said that I would be issued a debit card for the money and I should get it by the end of February.

NOTE: I woke at 6:30am and I turned on the TV and started watching FOX news but all they talked about was the women missing in Arizona. I just don't understand the concerned that everyone in the world has to worry or be concerned about Nancy. I understand the family concern and if she were related to me I would be concerned, but what about all of the millions that are being killed and it gets a 2 minute mention on the international news.

1:40PM Checked with Wells Fargo on why I did not receive a 1099 INT for 2025 and the agent told me I had only received $2.88 in interest on my savings account for the year end of 2025 so if it is under $10.00 they do not issue a 1099 INT.
2:30PM Called the Child support alimony people in Clarksburg to check on the form I received and she said it was not a form to fill out but just to inform and I would receive a debit card with my SS payment for what is owed me and then the following month I will get it in my checking amount, I hope so.
5:00PM Watching "The Five". Tyler gets upset with all that is going on with everything. I can't blame him because he will have to live through it all. Things are screwed up but I will be dead before it really effects me. I hope I can leave Tyler with a little bit to keep him going until things work out for him.

10:30AM Up and about. Bella either fell out of the bed around 6:30 or she decided to jump out but she was up and pestered me all morning. Took her outside and it is nice and sunny with large white clluds.
11:00AM Checked blood sugar 79. I just can't understand why my A1C was over 8 this time and my WBC was 103K. I am so tired all the time, I just don't want to even get up and walk around. My whole body hurts all of the time. I am very weak in my arms it is difficult to pick up a gallon of milk or anything that weighs more than 5 or 6 lbs. OH well, I can still make it but slowly. Had a glass of orange juice and took my morning meds and had a can of V8 juice.
11:30AM I just don't have the energy to do anything, just sitting here. Next doors neighbors are out wasting water. One is washing his drive way and watering his flowers and the other is washing his car and washing down his car port. Water bill last month was over $80 and the way we pay it I am paying for all of the water being wasted by my neighbors.

9:15AM Door bell rang got up and saw nothing so lay back down and then heavy knock on front door and I and Tyler went to door and it was the police stating that they had gotten a 911 call from this residents but neither Tyler or I had called and we checked our phones and no call. Police took our word that everything was OK and they left. Weird....
12:00PM Back up, checked blood sugar 174. Took Bella outside and pet Blacky.
12:30PM Had a banana and some crystal lite.
2:00PM Going to my doctors appointment.
4:00PM Stopped and picked up tacos for supper. Doctor didn't tell me much more than what I expected. She says that the rise in WDC is concerning and she would call my cancer doctor and talk to her. She also asked me what I would do if the CLL got to the point of taking therapy for it and I told her no if it was just going to make me sick and not really help. I will let the cancer doctor look and let me know just how bad it is. She said that my prostate was looking better, my PSA dropped from 11 to 8 do that was better.
5:00PM Picked up test strips from Wallgreens. Back home and Tyler checked mail and received a letter from DFAS telling me to mail in the death certificate to the address on the letter head. I did type a letter dated February 18th and it probably went out on the 20th. Will wait and see what they do. The letter I received today said that the had been contacted that Jo had died.
8:00PM Kit called and while talking to her Eric called and he said he was going to watch the State of the Union and then I called Kit back and she said she was going to watch Trump also. I didn't want to watch it, I will watch later and tomorrow and FOX will let me know what they want me to know.

1:00PM Tried to check in to Discover and check balance and I could not check in so it asked me for email address and then my cell number and my phone rang and it was a foreign sounding male at the number 888 602 7833 He said he was Discover and would help me get into my account. He asked for the last 4 digits of my SS# and not thinking I did and he asked me to press control fn windows plus Q. (I know that will give someone control of you r computer. Very weird so I told him my internet had dropped out and I call the 800 number I have listed for Discover. Nice lady and we went thought the same thing that they normally ask to verify who I am and then she checked my account for any suspicious activity and there was none and she verified my balance for me and then I checked into my account and all seemed OK so will continue with this card and she said if there was anymore let her know and she would cancel my account and reissue a new card number. That would be a lot of trouble for me since I have automatic charges going on my account so will just watch the account for any activity for a while. 3:30PM Glenda finished an I paid her $60 and we were talking about the police visit earlier this week and she said maybe they were looking for illegals and I said that I didn't know but most of the people here are from Puerta Rico and had no worries but talking with her it seems she has been listening to all of the hype about ICE and she is actually afraid because she has heard that ICE is stopping Puerta Ricans and questioning them about their citizenship. 7:00AM Up and to the bathroom and turned on TV to FOX.
9:30AM Damn dog jumped out of bed and shit on the floor. Then Niko would not leave her along so I got up and took Bella outside. Picked up everything off the floor that the cat knocked off on the floor and as soon as I did he jumped back up on the freezer and knocked everything off again. I swatted at him and now he hisses at me. I didn't hurt him but I am tired of him knocking things off on the floor.
10:00AM Checked blood sugar 147, no insulin last night. Temperature 71 and slightly overcast but sun is shinning. Took my morning meds and having a glass of orange juice. I am in a bad mood this morning. I hurt all over.
1:00PM Having some bacon, 2 eggs and a cup of coffee.

7:00PM Watching "Laura Ingraham" on FOX. Raining heavy at times.

1:00AM Going to bed, checked blood sugar 180.
11:00AM Up and about. Checked blood sugar 121.
11:30AM Tyler had been up early, put dishes in dish washer and did the dishes.
12:00PM Tyler had left me breakfast, eggs, bacon and coffee. Very good.
1:00PM Had a glass of orange juice and took morning meds. Took Bella outside and finished a cup of coffee. Watching FOX news. Seems the US is bombing Iran in several places and is trying to kill some rug heads in the process.

7:00PM Watching "Laura Ingraham" on FOX special addition because of the bombings.

11:00AM Up and about, checked blood sugar 108, took Bella outside, nice day 74 degrees and cloudy.
12:00PM Had a bowl of grits and a glass of orange juice and took morning meds.
5:00PM Watched TV off and on all day.
7:00PM Watched FOX news.
8:00PM Kit called.
11:00PM Talked to Eric. Disposal in sink won't work. Tyler checked the breaker in the breaker box and it was not kicked. He got the water out of the sink and out of dishwasher, and I asked him if he had checked the breaker button on the disposal and he said he didn't know there was one there so he checked it and it was kicked. He reset it and then run the dishwasher and everything seems OK, I sure hope so.

11:00AM Up and about. Checked blood sugar 78. Tyler fixed me breakfast, bacon, grits with egg over easy and coffee. Great breakfast.
11:30AM Tyler took Bella outside, nice day cloudy and 86 degrees.
12:30PM Watching "Law and Order" on TV.
2:00PM Watching FOX news, nothing but the war on Iran. They seem to be putting it to all of Iran's ability to launch rockets and drones. Killed 49 leading Rag Heads. I wonder if they turned their girl friends and mothers out to range.
